What to include in a bug report

A tool giving a wrong result is the highest-priority kind of report we get, and these details let us reproduce it quickly rather than guessing:

• Which tool, and the address of the page you were on.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on an iPhone".
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
• Please do not send us the file itself. Because our tools run in your browser, we cannot receive your files — and we would rather you did not send private documents by email. A description of the file is enough.

Requesting a tool

Tell us the job you are trying to do rather than the tool you think you need — it often turns out there is a better way to solve it. It helps to know what you use today and what is wrong with it.

One constraint worth knowing: everything here has to run inside your browser, so anything that fundamentally requires a server is out of scope for us.

For privacy questions, data requests, or anything to do with our terms, email tigmonapps@gmail.com and mention "privacy" or "legal" in the subject so it reaches the right place. Our privacy policy and terms of use set out how we handle data and what our service commitments are.
