Using ToolsNest

ToolsNest is free to use. You do not need an account. You may use the tools for personal or commercial work, and anything you produce with them is yours — we claim no rights over your files or their output.

What we ask of you

• Do not use the site to break the law, or to process material you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload it, or interfere with other people's use of it.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or replicate the site at scale.
• Do not use File Share to transmit unlawful content.

Your files are your responsibility

Because the tools run inside your browser, we never receive a copy of your files. That is good for your privacy, but it also means we cannot recover anything for you. Keep your own backups of any file that matters before you edit it.

Some tools have real limits worth understanding. Our PDF editor adds an annotation layer over a page — including the white-out tool, which covers text visually but does not remove the underlying data, so it is not a secure redaction tool. Very large files are limited by your device's available memory.

Availability

We aim to keep ToolsNest available and working, but we do not guarantee it. The service is provided as-is and as-available. Tools may change, and we may add, alter or remove them without notice.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsNest is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or that their output will suit your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site — including any loss arising from a tool producing an unexpected result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties, and we do not endorse the products or services they promote. Anything you do with an advertiser is between you and them.

Intellectual property

The ToolsNest name, design, written content, games and source code are owned by us. You may use the tools; you may not copy the site itself or present it as your own.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
