vCard QR Code Generator

About QR Code Generator

Turn your contact details into a QR code. Scanning it offers to add you straight to the other person's contacts — name, phone, email and organization included, no typing.

This generates a real vCard 3.0 payload — the same contact-card format used by iPhone, Android, Outlook and Gmail — not a link to a web page with your details on it. Fill in a name, phone, email and organization, and the code is ready.

It's the digital version of a business card: put it on a printed card, a name badge at a conference, or a slide at the end of a presentation, and anyone who scans it gets your details directly in their phone's contacts app rather than having to type them in by hand or photograph a card they'll lose.

Everything is generated locally — your contact details are never uploaded or seen by anyone until you hand someone the code to scan.

What you can use it for

  • Add a scannable contact card to a printed business card
  • Share your details at a conference or networking event without an app
  • Put your contact QR code on a presentation's closing slide
  • Skip manually typing a new contact's details into your phone

Frequently asked questions

Is my contact information uploaded anywhere?

No — the vCard is generated entirely in your browser and only exists in the code you download or display.

Will this work with Android and iPhone contacts apps?

Yes — vCard 3.0 is recognised by both platforms' built-in contacts apps, as well as Outlook and Gmail.

Can I include a job title or address?

Not in this version — it covers name, phone, email and organization, the fields that cover most real use cases without a cluttered form.
